What does it feel like?

For many, therapy can feel tough and at the same time empowering, like a weight has been lifted. You’ll leave each session feeling understood, with a clearer perspective on your emotions and a renewed sense of control over your life. Over time, it can feel as though you’re naturally moving forward, equipped with new ways of thinking and handling life’s difficulties.

As we work together, the changes will feel conscious, gradual, but deeply transformative. You’ll begin to see the path ahead with more clarity, and the struggles that once seemed overwhelming will start to feel like distant memories. You’ve always had the strength to grow and overcome, and therapy is here to guide you through that process, with a few signposts along the way.

My approaches

Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a psychological theory and therapy model that explores how individuals interact based on three ego states Parent, Adult, Child. It helps people understand their communication patterns, emotional responses, and unconcious behaviours in relationships.

Humanistic

Client centred therapy focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and the innate potential for positive change. It focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgemental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop self acceptance, and find their own solutions to life's challenges.

Eclectic

A flexible and integrative approach that combines techniques from different therapeutic models to best meet an individuals unique needs. Instead of following a single framework various methods can be adapted to ensure a well rounded, client centered approach to healing and personal growth.
